I Waited More Than Two Years For R125

In 2010 may i went to a branch to request a new Internet Token as mine was, it worked for two weeks only i happened to to be at South Gate when i decided to find out what wrong i was told its faulty and i would not be charged for a new one to my suprise when i got home sms came thru R125 out of My account checked online it was for the token. I went to branch to enquire i was told it will be reversed i've been to branches, sent emails and finally the Manager from South Gate called and promised to get back to me, the last time she contacted me she told me to give her until Monday to get back to me with Feedback more than 15 mondays have passed i never heard Anything from Desiree . its shocking that i have to wait for a R125 for i will be going for Three years, Clearly Capitec does not care that much about Customers i only Wanted R125 they owe me im asking Myself had i owe Capitec Bank R125 for three years how much will i be owing with interest, next I will be going to the consumer Protection bcos Capitec does not take my Quiry seriously. I'm still waiting For that R125 i' hearding for 3 yrs waiting, Shocking!!!
