I have a policy with Metropolitan, I recently found out that my policy value is R57 000 where it should be about R95 000, that is just my monthly contributions over the past 10 years, not even any growth. I asked the for a breakdown of my policy so that I can see where my money went to. They said it will take 4 days, it has already been 2 weeks today, I go the email address of the 'teamleader", but I just get no response from her.
