Great service

I would like to thank Nicole Damons and Melanie Swartz for their prompt, efficient service they provided me with.

They both took time to listen and understand my situation. When Melanie couldn't get hold of me she sent e-mails and called my phone about 5 times to get hold of me. I was unavailable due to a team building excercise.

Nicole promised me a call back to follow up if my request had been completed. She called me the minute she came on duty to confirm whether I was assisted.

All I can say is that Standard Bank should look after such excellent employees, as they live the values of the orginisation and make dealing with Standard Bank a pleasure.
