I have had the worst experience at Standard Bank. Today being the worst, the tone of voice from an the agent, using words like ' just hold on" how dare you use such words on a customer.
I called to follow up on a statement that was supposed to be sent to me last week - i spoke to Glita on wednesday the 22nd of Jan at 15:16pm who said that they have 48hours turn around time. I decided to phone again today and spoke to Maria at 11:15am who used words like " just hold on " and when i requested to speak to manager she told me the manager was not at work and put me on hold for a supervisor. I phone again and spoke to Kayler who told me a team leader was actually available and his name is David Sikhula.
I am not sure why its a mission to get the information that i require instead of questions being posed back at me! Let alone the fact that i went to Standard Bank in Fourways to update my Fica but to this date Standard Bank stil has my old address!
Can somone please take ownership!
