I have just been through my credit card statement and see I was billed for Top Up Debt Protect. I don't recall signing up for this and if I had, I would have requested to see the paperwork before so I could read up on it. However, to date I have received no paperwork. I'd like an explanation for this. Please email me - don't call me as with all complaints I prefer to have a paper trail (one probably wouldn't have complaints if paper trails existed initially). I do recall receiving a phone call about this product months ago - and if I did agree to it, why am I only seeing it on my credit card now? Please can you remove it from my account immediately. And again, I ask that you email me regarding this complaint.
