I was implicated in a car accident this past Tuesday and I have been seriously impressed by the efficiency and promptness with which outsurance handled the admin of the incident. Within 5 minutes of sending off my accident report the woman at the call centre followed up and had detected that I had incorrectly typed in my ID number. I feel absolutely at ease leaving my insurance in their hands and would recommend them highly to anyone on account of their brilliant customer service.
