WAS UNDER DEBT REVIEW FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS, I realized that I'm in a worst situation. In good faith I cancelled my debt review and approached my creditors in a view to make arrangements to pay more than the debt councillor.. All my creditors accepted my offer, accept Standard Bank, who immediately handed me over to attorneys. Wilmarie Rademeyer LGR Incorporated who is demanding in accordance with their client's clients instruction criteria a minimum instalment of R 1700.00 on a monthly basis. The attorneys did not even ask me what I could afford to pay. I wanted to make arrangement to pay R500.00 but they refuses to accept it and told me to pay R680.00 for 3 months only. I kept to the arrangement even though I coiuld not afford it to avoid legal action. That did not help a summons was still served>If I do not pay the R1700.00 they will proceed with judgement against me. I cannot afford to pay this and I send them my income and expenses, bank statements, salary advice and proof that I have been under debt review. I regret for being so ignorant and stupid to have cancelled my debt reveiw. No wonder so many consumers is committing suicide or land up in illegal activities
