Absa loves priding themselves as one of the leading banks in Africa. Within the last two months I've been taken from pillar to post. Yesterday was the Cherry on top, have an SEM dropping the phone on my ear. I'm getting sick of been treated as a disposal bag for Absa. Lacking telephone etiquette is one thing BUT DROPPING THE PHONE ON MY EAR, is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
