I've tried to open a FNB account online, but to little success. It instantly created an internet log-in for my discovery card, but that is not what I was asking. I wanted to open a normal cheque account. After numerous emails and telephonic discussions, I was told that they are working on the problem and that was in February 2013 (more than 3 months ago). They brag about their service all over the radio, but I cannot even open a normal account.

Then, when they opened by internet banking I also applied for an eBucks card. It came in the mail, but there was no card in the envelope! Once again, I emailed through my complaint, without so much as an answer up untill today. They keep emailing me and telling me that I haven't used my card, but that is because I do not have one!

I'm sure they have nice perks ect, but my experiance has been horrible.
