There is a good reason why everybody I know is leaving ABSA. Your service is horrible. I had to phone 08600 08600 for a general query but the general answer there is "Eish I don't know". I then phone head office TWICE before they answer at 011 350 4000 only for to give me the same answer. Then I get put through to OVER FIVE people only for all of them to say "I don't know". Your professionalism is pathetic and your people are incompetent! When I finally reach the department that might possibly (and I still doubt they know anything) give me an answer and I get voicemail. ABSA you are a terrible bank and you employ people who are incapable and inexperienced for identifiable reasons and you wonder why you get calles BLAPSA.
