I made a query to standard bank concerning my home loan on the 22 of June 2013 and they told me to send an E-mail and on the mail I must supply them with information which I did and the information that I was given is that it will take 7 working days to get the respond from them. I called today and was told that they are behind with processing documents, I thought that Standard Bank its a big bank, where I work if we are behind with something we make a plan to make our customers happy (for them to say they are behind its not acceptable) maybe one has to find the bank that can put its customers first.
