Thank GOODNESS for Emmanuel!!

After having a shakey start with OnePlan (my account was double debited by mistake and instructions were not getting through to the client service department) Emmanuel single handedly sorted out all of my problems, refunded my cash that was owed to me, cancelled my initial policy and started a brand new one in the space of just over a week.

I was drawn to One for their simple medical aid plan, and the cheaper rates. Although my first month seemed like one mistake after the next, once Emmanuel and Lilian started dealing with me, I had absolutely no problems at all, and it has been smooth sailing. I am waiting for the refund to hit my bank account (I am sure this probably takes a few days), and I have a brand new policy with one months premium on it without having to leave my house or office... everything was done electronically except for the first phonecall from Emmanuel where he assured me that One would do everything they can to keep me as a client, and to fix the mistakes. AND HE DID EXCATLY THAT!

Thank you Emmanuel for turning this around for me, and thank you ONE for awesome client care and feedback. I look forward to a long relationship with you.
