Better service than i expected. THANK YOU!

Just want to thank Emmanuel for really going the extra mile and ensuring that I will definitely be a returning customer after changing my opinion about Hi-Fi Corp all by himself. In short I bought a TV in Feb this year, had to return it the next day because the remote didnt work, they replaced it and in September the new one started showing funny colors, I took it in and they sent it in for repairs. After 3 weeks it was returned to the store and the company that had to repair it said there was nothing wrong. Took it home and after a while it did the same thing. Took it back and they tested it but could not get it to replicate the problem. Emmanuel told us he will sort it out with the supplier the following day and he would call me to keep me up to date. The next day he called me 3 times to keep me up to date. At 15:00 he called to inform me I can come to the store and collect a new TV. I still dont think they believed me about the problem but they still went out of their way to keep me happy. I did not expect to be given a new TV, because if it was me I probably would not have given the customer a new set. Emmanuel probably made me a customer for life.
