I am so frustrated with trying to resolve my issue with incorrect info being loaded on ITC. Nedbank's call centre TEAM LEADER/SUPERVISOR JACKIE STRYDOM did not even bother to contact me back as promised or return my numerous calls thereafter once I had escalated my complaint to her. I have since had to lodge a dispute against Nedbank with Transunion to rectify this matter. All the while I am the person who sits frustrated while applying for a homeloan concerned that my ITC report is negatively implicating me when I have paid my credit card EVERY MONTH!!! NEDBANK I hope this time you will rectify IMMEDIATELY and correct my ITC/Transunion history for May & Oct accordingly. It would be nice to know that someone at Nedbank takes these matters seriously.
