Made an application 8 days in advance, two days before i leave i give them a call to ask why no one is responding to my countless emails and they tell me my letter is declined. Like two days before my trip?!!!

No one bothered to inform me in the 8days till i called. I have a family trip planned now two days before, I cant go. Like!!!
