My account was billed linked to a charge from the 18th Feb 2013 for R750.00.. This was despite the fact the when I phoned the merchant they advised that they had NOT done this and I did NOT owe them money.. My account is now in a Negative..I want this fee reversed immediatly and a Manager to phone me and apologise for this farce which has caused me a lot of rustration and possible damaged my credit record=if so you will hear about it believe me.. I phoned the call center to complain and get this fixed, however, I was told there's noting we can do=not offered a reference number etc. I am about to close my accounts after being an ambassador of Capitecs for the last 3 years, you now do this, I am very dissapointed and frustrated..
