How can we NOT help you

I have a platinum cheque account with FNB and a credit card, which has never been in arrears. I had a financial problem a few years ago when i got divorced, and i had a bit of bad luck. I paid up all my debts when we sold the house, and i have letters that everything has been paid up... And now when i applied for a bond, I was immediately declined, Just like that... Not .. lets see if we can help you? I sent my papers to another bank, where i have no dealings, and within hours I was approved, no questions asked... Thank you FNB... you really make me feel so special... I can't apply for anything at FNB and I am immediately declined... I tried a overdraft, same result... Why would I then even want to bank with you . please treat your loyal customers right.
