(04 06 13) I applied for a smart device. Hearing nothing I phoned on 06 06 13. I was told I was under debt review. To my shock as this is untrue. I then phoned premier banking; Mazwie Pilane made no real effort sort this out or take it as serious. I was just brushed with sorry no one can help we'll see tomorrow.
Come tomorrow; Mazwie didn't give any updates. I phoned premier banking again and spoke to another person with the same "not so serious" attitude. After the 3rd premier banker I lodged a complaint.
I then double checked with Expedia, Transunion or XDS costing me R89, they said I had no judgement or complications. 60 mins later the manager Samone called be back debt review flag reversed in just 20 minutes! Why couldn't the previous 3 premier bankers not achieve this?
From 07 06 13 I've been waiting on FNB (a letter): saying that:
They made the fault, They are sorry, It was fixed and I was never under Debt Review.
I'm just wondering:
How long to go?
What are FNB going to do for the stress and money incurred on me
To what lengths do I still need to go? CPA? Ombudsman?
Appalling to say the least!
