We applied for a student loan for our daughter for the University of Pretoria. The loan was approved and the documents signed at Hatfield Branch. The surety documents were send to Clearwater mall branch to be signed. On request via e-mail what the status was on the payment, we were informed that the document was send to Tyger Branch (Stellenbosh???). We can not talk to anybody about this query and it is of no value to leave any messages as no call is returned. THIS IS JUST BAD SERVICES. Currently my daughters results are withheld by TUKS because her study fees are not paid...
