Student Loan nightmare

On the 26th January 2014, at about 10am, all documents for my student loan were signed and sealed at Standard Banks Bayside Branch. Keep in mind that my documents were standing at the Bank since 22nd January. "3 working days' i was told. On the 30th January, my mom gave the bank a call as she had received no confirmation that the deposit had been paid to the university. "Tomorrow the deposit will be paid and i will email you proof of payment", is what my mother was told via telephone on Thursday morning. Friday afternoon (about 1/2pm) i decided to go to the bank myself as it was impossible to get through to them. I was told that there is a large volume of students and i must be patient as the deposit will be paid today. Also keep in mind that the deadline for payment to the University was Friday, 31 January. Today, is the 3rd February, after hours of the phone, and about 5 attempts of the consultants trying to contact the branch, the last consultant eventually told me to just take a drive to the bank myself? As i had no choice, i spoke to the manager and she assured payment would be made & emailed. It is 5pm and i am still waiting. Due to this i miss my first daY. DISGUSTING!!
