FNB IS USELESS!!!

I WAS BUYING FLIGHT TICKETS AND UPON TRYING TO PAY FOR THEM FNB THOUGHT IT WAS A "SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTION" SO THEY THOUGH IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BLOCK MY PROFILE. I TRIED FOR TWO HOURS TO UNBLOCK MY PROFILE JUST TO GET THE RESPONSE: "YOU HAVE TO GO INTO YOUR BRANCH" AT HALF PAST THREE (THE BANK IS CLOSED). SURELY, IF THEY BLOCKED MY PROFILE THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNBLOCK IT??? PLUS, THERE IS NO COMPLAINTS NUMBER TO PHONE, SHE SAID I NEED TO LOG ON TO INTERNET BANKING TO LOG A COMPLAINT... MY PROFILE IS BLOCKED, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LOG ON???!!! I NEED TO PAY FOR THESE TICKETS AS TOMORROW THE PRICE MIGHT INCREASE, WHO PAYS FOR THE DIFFERENCE???
