FNB are having huge internet banking problems. Their OTP's are coming through late, so I put in the OTP and now because it was late it was incorrect and company's whole profile has been blocked. They need the CEO's card details to unblock the profile.
What a lot of. All I can say is thank I bank with Standard Bank and Nedbank...
The call centre put me through to 4 different people, the 4th person Ferose was going to transfer me to a 5th person and I just lost it.
Why must we battle like this now because of FNB's internet problems.
I would like a response and this situation handled right now.
