Can beat any insuranceif not they will reward R400

I saw the ad on TV where you can send a sms for quotation in your insurance in December 2012. So they did phone me to take my details and evaluation on my car.

Then it happen they can't beat my current insurance and one of their consultants as they can't beat my current insurance one of the consultants will phone me for my R400 and I m still waiting up to date.
And to me it looks like false advertisement.
