Undisclosed transaction fee

On 18 October 2013, i did an ewallet to cell number 0739035081. Later on i found out that the number is no longer operational. i did another transaction to a friends cell number to be able to assist the person who needed the money which was successful. I contacted FNB and spoke to Dineo who indicated that the person should reset pin from their side, I informed her that the number is no longer operational and requested a refund to my account. FNB told me that this would cost R20.00 for the reversal and will take 3 working days. Why if the money has not been claimed, surely this transaction is still pending why the reversal fee. On initiating the txn the customer is made aware of R8.50 cost that will be incurred and this very important message for failed transaction which cost more than the transaction fee itself is not made public to customers, this is not right. I have been banking with FNB for almost 16 -17 years since and have been a loyal customer I am now thinking otherwise may other banks cash send services are better than this.
