UPGRADE - or should we say DOWNGRADE

FNB NEW WEBSITE???... They had a facility to add numbers to a "Phonebook" in their previous interface, to make payments using the FNB EWALLET facility. WAS A GREAT TOOL. Then they "up-grade" their interface, leaving us with the ability to pay using EWALLET, only now you have to load numbers manually every time you make a payment, as there is no PHONEBOOK add facility. Cannot edit your phone book either. Then I email them to complain and suddenly I cannot make any EWALLET payments. Questioned this, stating that I had been making payments without problems for -a year and as recently as the 10th and 14th of this month without any problems. My accusation to them is that the moment I question the PHONEBOOK saga, suddenly I cannot make EWALLET payments. Tried on numerous occasions and kept telling me this facility has been suspended/blocked I must please click ok and then contact them. (not exact wording) Facility is there but I cannot make payments??? Then and low and behold suddenly I can make payments. Something fishy here.
FNB - YOU HAD A GREAT WEBSITE THAT WORKED BRILLIANTLY... I love change but ---- YOUR NEW INTERFACE IS PATHETIC... DO SOMETHING
