I opted for the smart device offer online from FNB and ticked the option for insurance and the flip cover. I received the phone promptly but without the cover. I contacted the support centre on 0860102970 and explained about the cover not being delivered. The lady said it's no problem, she'll log my request and the cover should be delivered within 24-48 hours. I thanked her and she said I'd be contacted within 24 hours to confirm. Three days later I haven't received a cover or a call. I again contacted the support centre and spoke to another person. They said nothing had been done and it had been escalated and I'd be contacted within 24-48 hours. Once again 3-4 days later, no contact. This has been going on for about four weeks. Today I contacted them again and was told they actually have feedback but according to them I didn't tick the box for the cover. I told the gentleman what I think of their service. I asked to be transferred to his manager... Gloria. She listened but just said she can log my request again but I won't receive the cover. I found the support/service extremely poor and I know for a fact that I ticked the box for the cover. I have NEVER experienced such poor service
