Coricraft offers no customer service!

I bought a cover for my couch November 2012. After two months of struggle I collected the cover the 21/1/ 2013. The cover was to small. Cc informed me an assessor had to view my couch. The assessor came the 12/ 2/2013. Assesor informed me that the couch was a 4 division. Cc will credit my account and he will phone me to confirm. Needless to say I had to phone Cc. Cc informed me that I can order a new couch cover but will have to pay in the difference. I contacted Cc on the 20 March 2013 to find out about the progress of my new cover. Angy/Fredah informed me that the cover is finished they will deliver it as soon as I pay in the additional R480. I paid on 23/3/2013 and phoned Cc today to find out when will I receive my new couch cover... Only to find out according to Esther whom I have spoken to, that the cover is at the warehouse, but they have not credited my previous payment of R3436.00 to the new cover yet...
My 1st query was in February. Cc assured me that they will credit my account! When will Cc credit my old cover to the new cover and when will it be delivered? I have waited four months... Paid over R4000 for nothing. Nobody at Cc can assist!!
