Dont Use First National Bank Online Credit Card Ap

I made an online application yesterday for a credit card with FNB. I was informed that it was approved subject to me submitting my salary slip and id. This is did thismorning. I was informed by Mario Dickson that his team leader would call me to explain all the account details etc. I have not heard from him. I tried to call their support number on 0860102970 and have been speaking to about 10 different people and no one can find Marion or Malcolm. Once I was even put through to Namibia???
