My vehicle had a minor accident mid June 2013, after over 10 weeks of struggling with disappearing Brokers. Assessors that do not let you know what is happening, making promises and then ignore that you exist or any such discussions have taken place. Total lack of service, bad workmanship and faulty spares from the Santam designated panel beater.
I have had to do all of the work and running around myself and am now out of pocket by R18, 529.15 as I had to pay cash to get my vehicle back from Mercedes Benz once they had corrected all that had been so called done, swapped out or repaired by the panel beaters. The Assessor said he would refund, now silence!
I am now being ignored by the Assessor and the insurance company has just sent me an email saying they are investigating, is this service?
