Threating messages and then no means to respond

I got an SMS to inform me that there is a problem from CreditWorx. The SMS was sent to me last week and the message also advised that I need to call the Call Center as soon as possible with a reference number.
Since I have received the SMS, whenever you phone, the voice prompt says they have high call volumes and you have to leave a message in order to receive a call back but you are not allowed to hold for an operator to assist and since the SMS is received I still cannot find out what the problem is but I get threatening SMS sent to my phone??? Shocking service!
