We owned a property that was sold nearly 10 years ago. The subsequent owners have not paid their Ekurhuleni Rate/Taxes/Services Bill. We are getting constant sms messages and phone calls from the call centre of Creditworx threatening us with legal action etc. The latest call was from Shwinki Zamini who has given us a reference number of EKH1707203515, when we told her again like we have on many other occasions that we do not live or own the property anymore we are told that they cant do anything they are in the call centre. If you try and call and speak to a supervisor, and as soon as they hear it is a complaint they pretend to transfer you and then cut you off. It is ridiculous to say the least! Just wish they would sort it out for once and for all as this has now been going on for nearly 3 years.
