This is ridiculous. The personal loan department made a double debit from my account, because their system made a mistake. Due to this 5 debit orders bounced, each costing me R120. After almost a week of fighting they finally rectified the additional debit amount. Unfortunately they do not want to help me regarding the charges. I must now go into a branch and get a statement. For goodness sake. I bank with Nedbank, they have access to all my information, they made the mistake, but I am sitting with the problem, losing money, having to phone the whole time. This is NOT the service I expected when joining this bank. Maybe Steve is right!!!
