Great marketing to attract, then service vanish

Have send simple request on 8 March 2013 to change home loan debit order from my wife's cheque account to mine. FNB confirmed when I contacted them later that they have received the fax instruction but informed me that I must allow for a month or so for the debit order change to be effected. We are now almost end of June without any successful change yet?? I rest my case...
