Our Discovery Insure installed tracking unit is giving off false alarms, high g force readings and sudden braking when driving gently along. False accident alarms have also occurred. This has been logged with the tracking company and Discovery Insure many times but the promised technician has never materialised and the bad readings continue.
This has to be negatively affecting my DQ points and therefore my cash back. The lack of service is highly frustrating.
