Discovery Insure
Lost interest in my problem

Discovery Insure advertises as a feature of their offering that you should be able to track your car. I can't track my car, even though my wife is able to see where my car is (part of same insurance policy). I've raised the issue with them on a number of occasions, and each time their response is that the tracking unit needs to be replaced (which they've already done twice in the past few months). When I tell them that the unit is working fine and my wife can see where my car is, they fiddle a couple of things on the system and tell me it should work in a couple of hours (I think just to get me off the phone). But it never works, and eventually they lose interest and stop coming back to me.
