FNB offered to settle dispute on my behalf relating to a double debit on my credit card account. I completed the necessary forms for them to investigate the matter.
The incident took place on 23 May 2013. Upon enquiring on how far the process is, I was told that the case had been closed. I have not received communication on what happened or anything along those lines. All I am told is that the case is closed.
How is that possible?
