I bought a Groupon voucher for some car washes but, when I went to wash my car, the company had closed down. I went to the Groupon website and went through the long and arduous process of raising a refund request on 5th April which they sent me a reference number for and then duly closed with a comment that,? should I get a refund, they will let me know by e-mail? and a note saying that the case was deemed closed. Since then I have sent 2 further queries asking for updates and stating that I did not feel that the case was closed and would not until I received a refund and they have not bothered to either reopen the case or contact me.
I do not blame Groupon for the fact that the car wash company closed down, but I DO blame them for not responding to my queries!
