Monthly bank fees

On 06-06-2013, I was told at the Queensburgh branch, that in December 2013, when I got a platinum cheque card that the system started charging me bank fees. Since 2006 I have kept R8000 then R9000 in my account and had my bank charges reversed by FNB.

I have done this for 2013 and I do not think that it is fair that the "system" cancelled this agreement.

I would like these bank charges of R120/month reversed.
