Its amazing how people are quick to complain and always have the time for it. But when people receive quick and efficient service, they never, or just a handful, have the time to write about it.
Well I'm making the time to say thank-you to Diana at the Forex in Potchefstroom for the quick service I received today with regards to exchanging my left over euros back to rands. I arrived with passport and travel wallet in hand, was assisted as soon as I entered and didn't even have to wait. I handed my passport and card over, and within 5 minutes, I walked out of the bank with all my left over money in my students account.
A company should always give good service, but its always good to know that a place like Standard Bank gives exceptional service. And I could not have asked for better service today.
