What has gone wrong: The policy term ended 17 August 2013. I have sent a few emails to follow up (incl my ID and proof of bank details), as well as made phone calls to the Call Centre over the past month. I was told that the monies would be paid into mine (50%) and my brothers (50%) accounts last Friday (06/09/2013). I have sent 3 or 4 emails this week to follow up on what is happening. To date no response and no payment.
How to resolve: I would like to be contacted and have mine and my brother's portion paid out as soon as possible as the policy expired a month ago and Sanlam is now benefitting from interest on money no longer belonging to them, but my queries are being ignored!
