Ad customer service and in my account

Last year they was money charged in my account which no one from fnb branches that i went to knew was it was, it them contacted their customer complaints hod and the service was pethatic the lady did not even allow me to speak to the supervisor she then escillated the matter to the relevent manager but i never got any call from her, the only person that contacted me was a lady from the briadene branch and they told me that they would give me a new card with less charges, why wasnt i informed about this in the first place?
recently about a month ago R200.00 was taken from my account when i went there lastweek to get a new card i asked for bankstatement and found that it was taken when i asked the ladf she said she doesnt know maybe it acellphone contract did not even bother to call them as she said it takes forever to get through to them and on this month same people took 120.00 from my account, they reversed the 200.00 on friday and the 120.00 they saiditwould reflecton monday but nothing as yet and they now 240.00 is debited again from my account and no one can explain when i called and spoke to sbusiso nkwanyana he said i must visit the branch &they blocked my cellphone bank
