How can we ignore your instructions this time???

Firstly, why have I not been assigned a personal banker, when EVERYONE else I know with a FNB account, has a personal banker???

Secondly, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, is why the have I been charged R200 for "e-bucks" fee on my credit card account when I have NOT EVER authorised it, it was never communicated to me that this exhorbitant fee would be charged, and also that I have informed you time and time and time again I DO NOT WANT THE BLASTARD E-BUCKS!!!? ELIMINATE THEM AND THE FEE FOREVER FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT!!!? I was assured by Felis @ FNB Eastgate branch LAST YEAR, that she would see to it that I never ever get charged for e-bucks, I don't want them, and can never ever use them ever!!!? Reverse the R200 fee from my credit card account and NEVER EVER EVER BOTHER ME WITH EBUCKS AGAIN.? GET IT??? Do I make myself clear??? Do you have any idea how ANGRY I am over this???

Reverse the R200 ebucks fee from my account, forever and permanently, and I want a written apology to my email account for all the inconvenience this has caused!!! I also want confrimation in writing that I will never ever EVER be charged for anything relating to ebucks again - EVER!!!
