Hi!

I have never seen a bank as terrible as FNB WHEN IT COME TO ASSISTING CLIENTS.
i CURRENTLY HAVE 2 accounts with them and have never been happy with there services.
in 2010 they opened up a business bank account for me which was never activated yet i am being charged for it.
I have been moved from pillar to post with no assistance at all, spoke to N. Nakeir from the Crompton brach she refused to activate my card, and then called in again spoke to KHETHOKWAKHE Nkwanyana which refused to help me period. and they wouldnt even reffer me to the branch manage. the person who had openned the account for me Cynthia was no longer with the (THEY SAID) and this is the really frustrating. they really gave me a hard time as i cannot start/continue with my business as the telling me about the charges i know nothing about and the lady from the Smith street branch said the Crompton branch should reimburseme, but the just didnt want to help the did even activate my card or even open up another account. FNB since 2010 you have made my life a living, you always say you can help as your slogan say "how can we help you, but you have terriable staff and terrable customer servieces. DISSAPOINT
