My car broke down about 3 streets from where I was staying - I hadn't called my insurance guys as I thought they wouldn't tow my car due to the fact that I wasn't in an actual accident (yeah I know, I must've been clueless)..
I was alerted byt he police that people were trying to break into the car where it was standing & that's when I decided to call FIrst For Women last night round 8pm.
I spoke to a very polite gentlemen by the name of Jerome (I hope I heard right), he made it seem very simple & easy to sort out & had my car towed from the street in less than 30 minutes!
I was at work at the time & Jerome said he'll be able to contact my boyfriend (who was home) to organize the towing.
I didn't get Jerome's surname, hopefully the call was recorded & logged - I want to thank Jerome for his patience & getting my pothole situation organized quickly & efficiently - people like him are an asset to any company!
