Toyota
WELL DONE MARKET TOYOTA vs Sanitech

I purchased a vehicle from Sanitech during September 2012 and after 7 months, I finally received the paperwork to enable me to register the vehicle in my daughters name. Included in the paperwork was a new license for 2013/2014 BUT in the old registration number. One would think after the inconvenienced caused (see previous Sanitech reports) that they would actually add the CORRECT license! Needless to say I was very irritated by this time and the fact that my daughter and I didn't manage to start the vehicle after being parked in the garage due to the fact that it was unlicensed and therefor not roadworthy, spoilt the total experience of having bought the car for her.
I visited Market Toyota and without a moments hesitation, the Service manager, Jerome organized someone to come and assist us in starting the vehicle. They checked the vehicle and replaced a headlight bulb and off we went to get the new license and roadworthy. Jerome kindly offered to fix the number plates on the Toyota for us
NOW that's what I call going the extra mile. Market Toyota Tokai and Jerome has turned a miserable seven month experience into a fantastic customer relations exercise. WELL DONE
