Would like to commend Jerome on giving excellent service. Been researching virgin and saw they had quite a few complaints but if you think about it, people only write up on hello peter when they want to complain. Took the quote out and there still some emendments that needs to be done on the policy as jerome knows. Hopefully those do get sorted but as i said, great customer service and excellent price.
