THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I RECEIVE BAD SERVICE

I have reported a claim for my damaged ceiling due to burst geyser. The Geyser was repaired and I paid excess.
But now the damages to the ceiling and walls have not been attended to. It has been more than 3 months now. I have done so many follow ups and heard so many stories that I'm not sure what is the truth anymore
So this week I decided to contact claims department for the umpteenth time and only then was I informed that I'm going to be paid out to arrange for the repairs myself. All I ask is how was ever going to know this if I didn't call claims department again.
I called on 4/6/2013 and I was informed the payment will be processed immediately because it was still early in the morning. I called again on 7/6/2013 to check progress. Oh to my surprise the payment still has not been processed. I now have to wait again for their response. What about my family's safety???

Place value in your clients. I'm a client who has never missed a single installment. In fact since that incident debit order still goes through no problems on my side.

I'm really exhausted, please just leave up to your contractual obligation and stop taking advantage of your customers
