To all other Wesbank clients. If you have additional money to put down on your vehicle loan. Don't do it. I thought I might get interest rebate or some sort of shortened payment period when I did last month.
This month I send an electronic request form on what the benefits might have been. It is the fourth business day now and I hate being ignored (which up to now I am).
I then called the service centre just now. Apparently I received a massive .66% interest. And it is very complicated to get this excellent investment back. Well... It is my fault, I should have checked before paying them extra.
Would just like to warn other consumers not to do the same.
