I cancelled my polcy over a week ago and was promised a refund within 4-5 working days, still no refund, cancellation reason was, I was debited a week earlier than my requested debit order date, without my permission and a tracker debit was instituted on my account without my knowledge, is this how a big company such as 1 Life Direct operate, doing things illegally and without the customers permission. Hence I contacted the call centre again and promised to be called back within 5 min and wasn't, hence I has to contact them again, I then proceeded to chat to a supervisor who advised wud call me back within 30 min, let's see how that goes and if she keeps to her word. I wud not recommend anyone to take a policy with 1 Life Direct again as it seems they like to rob their customers.
