I did my credit check yesterday and notice that DMC has listed on my credit record a Standard Bank so called debt for year 2004. I know very well that by law, either way, this debt falls within prescription act parameters and has certainly prescribed. I want DMC to remove this listing ASAP or I will take actions!!!
